Who can donate blood?

Anyone between 18–65 years old, weighing at least 45 kg, and in good health.

Is it safe to donate blood?

Yes! All equipment is sterile and used only once. Trained professionals supervise every donation.

How long does it take?

The entire process — from registration to refreshments — takes about 20–30 minutes.

Can I eat before donating blood?

Yes. Eat a light meal and stay hydrated. Avoid fatty foods or alcohol before donating.

How often can I donate?

Every 3 months for men, and every 4 months for women.

What do I get after donating?

A certificate of appreciation and, more importantly, the joy of saving a life.

HOW TO: Become a Volunteer in the Blood Drive

Sign Up Fill the volunteer form and choose your role(registration, refreshments, awareness).

Orientation Session Attend a short online briefing about donor safety and camp duties.

Assist Donors Help people during registration and after donation.
